a duo exhibition with Marjolijn de Wit and Niko Riedinger
OPENING 7 JUNI 15 - 19u
BLAUWE PAVILJOEN
Sisters van Trierstraat 8
's-Hertogenbosch
Marjolijn de Wit and Niko Riedinger first met at the art academy in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Now, years later, they join forces for the first time in a joint exhibition at the **Blauwe Paviljoen**. This former mortuary is a remnant of the old guesthouse that has stood on this site since the 13th century, offering shelter to the sick, travelers, and pilgrims. Built upon its historical foundations, the space continues to carry echoes of its past.
In *VON SCHWARZ ZU BLAU*, the artistic worlds of De Wit and Riedinger converge—two artists who each, in their own way, question and transform the visual remnants of our culture. Over the past year, they have collaborated on a series of works on paper, forming the foundation of this exhibition. Their work does not present a singular narrative but instead opens a space where meaning shifts, moves, and continuously reshapes itself.
